Estimator – Structural Steel
Job Type: Full-Time
We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Estimator to join our pre-construction team. You will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates for structural steel projects that support successful bidding and long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify scope, materials, labor, and equipment needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
- At least 3 years of estimating experience (structural steel or commercial construction)
- Strong knowledge of steel materials and erection methods
- Proficient in Tekla EPM, Bluebeam, or similar software
- Paid vacation and holidays
