Your Responsibilities
- Welding Inspections : Perform detailed visual and dimensional inspections of welded materials to ensure compliance with company standards, specifications, and industry codes.
- Documentation and Reporting : Accurately document and report all inspections, non-conformances, and corrective actions, ensuring that records meet regulatory requirements and quality standards.
- Quality Assurance : Verify the implementation and adherence to welding procedures and ensure that welding processes meet project specifications and safety standards.
- Collaboration with Teams : Work closely with project managers, welders, and other key personnel to address any welding-related issues, provide technical support, and contribute to the successful completion of projects.
- Safety Oversight : Monitor welding operations to ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry regulations, maintaining a safe working environment.
- Training and Mentorship : Provide guidance and support to junior welders and staff, ensuring proper techniques and standards are followed across the production process.
