Salary : $115k - $125k DOE ( Bonus)
The Company
A leading firm is seeking a civil engineer with expertise in Civil / Site design to oversee projects. In this position, you will collaborate closely with the design team to create high-quality engineered plans using Civil3D.
You will be responsible for :
- Leading project kick-off meetings to establish goals, expectations, and deliverables.
- Conducting quality control checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
- Mentoring and supporting the growth of junior engineers.
- Coordinating weekly with other managers within the practice group to ensure project alignment.
- Contributing to projects across diverse markets, including industrial developments, office buildings, private commercial projects, municipal infrastructure, master-planned residential communities, and airports.
