The Manager of Technical Services oversees and leads the Engineering Design and Estimating team to ensure efficient project execution, compliance with industry standards, and delivery of high-quality results. Responsibilities
- Design steel structures and building systems in alignment with client specifications and industry standards.
- Oversee and guide the Engineering Designers and Estimators in reviewing, producing, and optimizing project plans.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and project requirements, maintaining adherence to industry codes and standards.
- Utilize structural software tools like MBS to streamline design processes and deliver precise solutions.
- Develop team performance through coaching, fostering a collaborative atmosphere, and evaluating outcomes.
