Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Senior Foreign Language Program Analyst for the following task:
Primary responsibilities:
- Serve as a program analyst for a foreign language office supporting the IC Senior Language Authority.
- Effectively create narratives related to foreign language capabilities, funding justifications, program policy, and other issues.
- Analyze and communicate findings from IC-wide data calls.
- Develop deliverables including talking points, briefing materials, and annual reports.
- Contribute to foreign language-related sections of the Congressional Budget Justification Book (CBJB), Congressionally Directed Actions (CDAs), Consolidated Intelligence Guidance (CIG), and IC strategy and implementation plans.
- Advance foreign language policy and strategy development.
- Engage with all IC components that have a foreign language mission.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, such as the Foreign Language Executive Committee, FVEY liaison visits, student recruiting visits, and expert panels.
Education and Experience: (Required)
- TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph. Required
- BS 18 or MS 10 years experience or no degree 24 years experience.
- Extensive report and narrative writing experience.
- Data analysis experience.
- MS Office proficiency.
- Program analyst experience.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in the IC foreign language community (military or civilian).
- Knowledge of a foreign language.
- Tableau proficiency.
- CBJB, CDA, and/or CIG experience.
- Program management experience.
- Interagency experience.
