Job Description
NAOVI is seeking a Senior Partnership and Engagement Advisor to assist the government with the following task:
Primary responsibilities:
- Outreach and engagement within a functional area.
- Analyze reports to draw conclusions about programmatic efficiencies and value.
- Develop and deliver required contract, departmental, project and/or financial reports to the customer, partners and stakeholders.
- Provide input into operational and strategic communication plans to drive utilization of client programs.
- Coordinate, schedule, and facilitate partnership engagements with senior officials and executives from the public and private sectors and academia.
- Develop briefings, talking points, and point papers in line with requirements specified in the client's strategic partnership plan.
- Uses the DEIA Maturity Framework and Constituent Relationship Management Tool to facilitate identification, categorization, documentation, collaboration, and reporting of current and future Partners.
- Acts as a technical liaison with partners.
- Facilitates and coordinates working group meetings and authors pots meeting reports and summaries of conclusion.
- Uses NarQuest to receive, process, and monitor requests for specific services.

Education and Experience Qualifications:
- Requires a TS/SCI with Polygraph. - Required
- Requires BS 18 years of experience, MS/MA and 10 years of experience, or no degree and 24 years of experience. - Required
- Strong written and oral communication skills required.
- Previous partnership engagement and outreach experience desired.
- Experience with working in the Intelligence Community desired.
