Our goal is to make the experience of opening and using an international business bank account incredibly easy. By streamlining the process of opening a U.S. bank account with the capability to fund from your local bank anywhere in the world, manage and store any currency, and send payments anywhere, we want to help millions of people build and scale their dream businesses.
Joining our engineering team, you’ll dive right into our Javascript/Typescript stack and have a say in making foundational infrastructure and architecture decisions. You should have a strong background in building human-centered products from the ground up. You’ll have the opportunity to marry operations with data to create the most personalized predictive experience for our thousands of customers in 130 countries.
Your responsibilities
- Build APIs using javascript, typescript & python.
- Work with a team of 6 engineers to help implement user stories and fix bugs

- Have 3 years building performant applications in Javascript/Typescript/Node.js
- Are enthusiastic about learning and diving deeply into new, unfamiliar technologies
- Care about writing clean, well-documented code and appreciate static typing
- Are curious about tackling challenging, gnarly technical problems around data, predictive modeling, discrete optimization, and operations
- Enjoy working with a small team in a fast-paced environment
You should have:
- Strong working knowledge of computer science fundamentals, a background in CS is preferred but not required
- Strong front-end skills (we have a huge emphasis on design and exceptional customer experience)
- Comfort with writing substantial new code and modifying existing, mature code.
- Track record of learning new technologies and concepts quickly.
- Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively, as needed.
- Strong written and verbal English communications skills.
