Home Health RN - PRN

Novel Home Health is an established and growing Home Health agency. We are increasing our field team, so we are looking for nurses who are able to provide an outstanding level of care.

We have multiple positions open in Dallas, Fort Worth and all surrounding areas.

RNs would be responsible for:

• Completing comprehensive assessments, including completion of Oasis and other documents.
• Perform skilled nursing visits as needed.
• Coordination of care with the LVNs, HHAs, Clinical Manager, etc.
• Supervisory visits as needed.
• Timely Documentation

Knowledge of Kinnser/Wellsky software required.

EMR Used:

• Kinnser/Wellsky

Completed license needed:

• Upon starting work
