Responsibilities:
Student Support and Advising:
- Provide academic guidance and support to students.
- Coordinate and conduct academic advising sessions to enhance student success.
Course Scheduling:
- Develop and manage course schedules in alignment with institutional requirements.
- Ensure scheduling efficiency while maintaining curriculum balance and meeting student needs.
Student Records Management:
- Oversee the maintenance and accuracy of student records.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and institutional policies.
Communication with Students and Parents:
- Establish and maintain effective communication channels with students.
- Provide regular updates to parents regarding student progress and academic performance.
Feedback Mechanisms Implementation:
- Develop structured mechanisms for providing constructive feedback to students.
- Ensure timely and meaningful feedback delivery to support academic improvement.
Administrative and Front Desk Support:
- Assist with various institutional projects as needed.
- Welcome and assist visiting clients with professionalism, providing appropriate guidance.
- Manage the front desk area, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and a welcoming office environment.
Requirements:
- A minimum of one year of experience in the education industry.
- Experience in business development (BD) or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $4,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
