Communication with Students and Parents :

Feedback Mechanisms Implementation :
Develop mechanisms for providing feedback to students.
Ensure timely and meaningful feedback delivery.
Support Other Programs :
Provide assistance to other projects as needed.
Greet visiting clients, provide friendly, professional service, and direct them to the appropriate location.
Manage the front desk area, keeping it clean and organized, and ensuring a comfortable office environment.
Requirements :
- At least one year of experience in the education industry.
- Experience in business development (BD) or sales is preferred.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
