SAT Tutor (Bilingual Mandarin Required)

Position: Part-Time SAT Tutor (Onsite)

We are seeking a highly qualified, experienced SAT Tutor to join our team on a part-time, onsite basis. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in the Math or English sections of the SAT and a passion for helping students reach their full potential. In this role, you will design and deliver engaging lessons, assess student progress, and offer targeted feedback to improve performance and confidence.

Responsibilities:

• Create and deliver comprehensive SAT prep courses focused on either Mathematics or English, following the most up-to-date SAT format and standards.
• Design engaging lesson plans that accommodate various learning styles and academic needs.
• Administer practice tests, evaluate results, and provide actionable feedback and strategies for improvement.
• Foster a positive, encouraging atmosphere that promotes student engagement, confidence, and active participation.
• Maintain professional communication with students and parents, offering constructive feedback and guidance for continued improvement.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience teaching SAT preparation courses, with a strong command of the Mathematics or Englishsections of the exam.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire students.
• Strong organizational and instructional planning abilities, capable of managing multiple priorities and adapting to evolving schedules.
• A commitment to fostering student academic success and personal growth.
• Availability to work part-time hours, including evenings and weekends as required.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $40.00 - $45.00 per hour
