- Recent graduate with a bachelor's degree or higher.
- Strong interest in the education industry and human resources management, with knowledge of recruitment processes.
- Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills, with a methodical approach to work, patience, attention to detail, and a responsible attitude.
- Relevant recruitment experience is preferred.
