Team Coordination:
Hire, train, and manage construction staff and subcontractors.
Assign tasks to team members and provide necessary guidance and supervision.
Conduct regular meetings to update stakeholders on project status and address any issues.
Budget Management:
Prepare and manage project budgets, ensuring costs are controlled and projects stay within financial limits.
Approve and process invoices, change orders, and payments to subcontractors and suppliers.
