We are a full-service lemon law firm based in Los Angeles. Our office represents California clients who have been sold a defective vehicle that qualifies as a lemon. We are seeking two Associate Attorneys with a strong background in lemon law to represent clients in cases involving defective vehicles, warranty claims, and other related matters. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in consumer protection law, an ability to handle complex cases, provide strategic legal counsel, and deliver outstanding results for clients.
Key Responsibilities :
- Represent clients in lemon law claims, including negotiating settlements and litigating cases in court.
- Advise clients on their legal rights and options in connection with defective vehicles.
- Draft legal documents such as complaints, motions, and discovery requests related to lemon law cases.
- Investigate and gather evidence, including vehicle repair records, expert reports, and other documentation to build strong cases.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest developments in lemon law and consumer protection regulations.
- Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and other stakeholders to manage case progress and resolve disputes.
- Provide legal strategy and guidance to clients throughout the legal process, from initial consultation to final resolution.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and support staff to ensure seamless case management.
- Proficient in MS Office, Teams, FileVine, and databases.

Compensation and Benefits :
Pay : $150,000.00 - $180,000.00 per year.

Schedule : 8-hour shift
