Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate potential personal injury cases and provide legal advice to clients regarding their rights and options.
- Conduct thorough investigations, gather evidence, and compile medical records to support client claims.
- Prepare and draft demand letters, settlement proposals, and other legal documents.
- Negotiate with insurance companies and opposing parties to reach fair settlements for clients.
- Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed of case progress and developments.
- Collaborate with medical professionals, accident reconstruction experts, and other specialists as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with developments in personal injury law and relevant regulations.
- Assist in the development of case strategies to maximize client recovery.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in CA.
- 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
