Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake and assessment of new personal injury cases.
- Maintain regular communication with clients to keep them updated on their case status.
- Collect and organize medical records, police reports, and other necessary documentation for ongoing cases.
- Interact with insurance companies, medical professionals, and legal experts to gather relevant information.
- Prepare case files for negotiations and court appearances as required.
- Manage the flow of information between clients and attorneys to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Track case deadlines and important dates, ensuring timely submissions of documents.
- Assist with trial preparations as necessary and provide support during court proceedings.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- 5 years of experience in a personal injury or legal case management role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple cases.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficiency with case management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to maintain client confidentiality and comply with ethical guidelines.
