Responsibilities:
- Evaluate personal injury claims and determine appropriate legal strategies.
- Draft and file pleadings, motions, and other legal documents in a timely manner.
- Conduct thorough discovery, including depositions, interrogatories, and requests for production.
- Negotiate settlements with opposing counsel and insurance companies.
- Represent clients in court hearings and trial proceedings.
- Maintain comprehensive case files and documentation throughout the litigation process.
- Communicate regularly with clients to keep them informed of case status and developments.
- Collaborate with medical experts, accident reconstructionists, and other professionals as needed.
Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
- Active membership in the California State Bar.
- 2-5 years of experience in personal injury litigation.
- Proven track record of success in negotiation and litigation.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload effectively and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated commitment to client advocacy and ethical practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Active license to practice law in CA.
- 2 years of experience in personal injury law, with a focus on pre-litigation processes.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage a caseload effectively.
