WHAT AWAITS YOU
As part of our team, you’ll have the exciting opportunity to dive into two key areas of our HR organization: HR administration and Learning & Development.
You’ll be involved in various activities:
- support onboarding activities to ensure a smooth integration for new hires,
- help organizing and managing employees' training sessions and development programs,
- monitor and update internal policies to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements,
- conduct research and assist in implementing best practices in Italy,
- contribute to internal communication efforts,
- support employer branding activities, helping to strengthen the company’s visibility and appeal as a great place to work.
At the same time, you’ll work closely with the other team memebers:
- assisting with preparation and management of essential documentation,
- keeping internal policies up to date,
- ensuring everything runs smoothly and in line with regulations and internal guidelines.

Responsibilities & Qualifications
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Education and technical skills:
- Degree (completed or in progress) in Human Resources, Economics, Law, Psychology, Business Administration, or related fields,
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and Power Point),
- Familiarity with digital communication tools and/or HR software is a plus.
Language skills:
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken,
- Additional languages are an advantage.
Soft skills:
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in internships or projects related to HR or Communication is a plus but not required.
