Trainee Human Resources (f/m/d)
Responsibilities & Qualifications
What awaits you:
- You will gain an insight into the internal processes and responsibilities of all areas of an HR department.
- You will experience the day-to-day work of a Business Partner at our production sites. As an HR Business Partner, you will work with your colleagues to support the business in the areas of HR planning, recruitment and HR development and work on performance processes.
- In addition, you will learn more about the activities of the Employee Lifecycle, Recruiting, Payroll & Data Management teams and discover how they work together with the local HR teams.
- The program also includes the opportunity to get to know the Centers of Expertise in the areas of Learning & Development, Talent Management, Compensation & Benefit, HRIS and Employer Branding.
- You will also work on your own projects on various HR topics.
- You will have the opportunity to be based at several locations.
How you convince us:
- You have successfully completed a university degree, e.g. in economics or psychology with a focus on human resources or comparable training
- You have very strong communication skills in English and German
- A high level of initiative and strong communication skills completes your profile
- Location flexibility and willingness to travel
