We are seeking a skilled Business System Analyst (BSA) to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. The ideal candidate will analyze business processes, gather requirements, and collaborate with stakeholders to develop efficient systems and solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to identify business needs and technical feasibility.
- Develop process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system design aligns with business goals.
- Conduct gap analysis to improve existing systems and processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support implementation activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation for key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
