Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, workflows, and system specifications.
- Work closely with stakeholders, product managers, and IT teams to identify business needs and technical feasibility.
- Develop process models, use cases, and functional specifications.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure system design aligns with business goals.
- Conduct gap analysis to improve existing systems and processes.
- Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and support implementation activities.
- Assist in troubleshooting system issues and recommend improvements.
- Prepare detailed reports, dashboards, and documentation for key stakeholders.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in business analysis tools (e.g., JIRA, Visio, Confluence, SQL, Tableau).
