7 years of experience in software engineering, including hands-on development and leadership roles (Ideally Java environments)
3 years of experience managing software engineering teams, ideally in a fast-paced, highly regulated environment (e.g., banking, e-commerce, DevSecOps).
Experience with scalable architectures, cloud platforms, and transactional applications.
