Alpine Operations Group | Talent Programs Associate Alpine Investors

Alpine is looking for a passionate Talent Programs Associate to support Alpine in achieving its strategic goals through contributing to the development and retention of the world’s top operational talent and industry-defining talent programs. Reporting to the CEO-in-Training (CIT) Talent Lead, the associate will play a pivotal role in highly targeted off-cycle recruitment to ensure Alpine portfolio companies attract A talent. This position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to the strategic growth of Alpine’s portfolio while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced environment. Key outcomes and responsibilities include :

• Off-Cycle Recruitment : Manage and oversee the Off-Cycle recruitment process for CIT and Investor in Residence (IIR) / Head of M&A programs. Collaborate with Talent leads to design, implement, and scale a systematic recruitment process. Maintain an active pipeline of potential candidates for year-round placement. Work closely with portfolio company hiring managers to identify opportunities, develop scorecards, assess talent, and fulfill roles.
• Talent Program Operations Support : Collaborate with Talent Program Leads for smooth candidate experience and recruitment operations. Maintain marketing material for all recruitment efforts and support resume review processes. Organize candidate material across various platforms including Greenhouse, Clockwork, and Egnyte. Assist in ensuring high-quality experiences for all candidates during Talent Program super days and meet hiring targets.
• Manage Talent Program P&L : Oversee the Talent Program P&L, ensuring it is accurately updated monthly. Handle billing and tracking receipts for CIT and IIR / Head of M&A placements. Use applications such as Word, DocuSign, and Excel to manage SOWs, track signatures, request payments, and monitor the talent programs P&L.
• Be an Alpine Citizen and Culture Leader : Develop a deep understanding of Alpine’s history, portfolio, and industry dynamics. Embody Alpine’s values and culture, serving as a trusted representative of the firm. Attend major Alpine events and contribute positively to the organizational culture.

COMPENSATION

The annualized base pay range for this role is expected to be between $110,000-140,000. Actual base pay could vary based on factors including but not limited to experience, subject matter expertise, and the applicant’s skill set. The base pay is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards may include an annual cash bonus and a comprehensive benefits package.
