Novo Health Services has a full-time position opening in the Maintenance department. Responsibilities for this position are troubleshooting and repairing electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, piping & boiler systems. Don’t know how to do all of this? No problem, we offer training to provide you the skills you will need to do your daily tasks. A strong background in industrial 3 phase electrical is preferred.
There is an opening for 1st, 2nd and 3rd shift. Initial training will be done during 1st shift hours for approximately 4 weeks. All candidates are required to take Maintenance testing during interview. Starting pay is based on experience & Maintenance test results. This position also has opportunity for pay increases and job advancements.
1st shift position is - Monday through Friday, 7:00AM to 3:30PM
2nd shift position is - Monday through Friday, 3:00PM to 11:30PM
3rd shift position is - Sunday through Thursday, 11:00PM to 7:30AM
Requirements:
- Able to climb, bend, reach, stoop, kneel and stretch for extended periods of time
- Occasionally work outside
- Exposure to heat and cold
- Able to lift up to 100 lbs. and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work in team environment and/or alone
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area
- Work a 40 hour work week and overtime when needed. Weekend work may be required.
