NOVO Health Services is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Revenue Quality Project Specialist.
The salary for this position is $80,000.00. Actual compensation decisions are based on factors such as experience, seniority, location, and other permissible job-related factors.
Essential Functions
Retail Medical Project
- Provide administration support to the Retail Medical Team relating to new customer set up
- Assist with new customer setup and customer maintenance
- Work with RQ and IT teams to resolve ABS issues as they arise
- Provide training to new employees
- Route maintenance
- Inventory maintenance
- Scrub inventories, losses, ordering
- RA troubleshooting, review and support
- Assist RQ team as needed with ongoing ABS projects (i.e., conversions, product code clen up, etc.)
- Learn direct invoicing and help cross train others
- Assist the RQ team with M&A activities that could include implementing ABS, setting up invoices, etc.
- Minimum of 10 years of office billing experience
- Minimum of 10 years of customer service/customer contract experience
- Minimum of 10 years working with ERP systems
- Extensive knowledge of ABS software
- Accurate, efficient, organized, confidential and extremely detail-oriented professional team player
- Ability to understand and translate detailed verbal or written instructions
- Proficiency with Excel, Word, Prophix, and Oracle BI tools
