Qualifications and Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, or Information Technology, Data Analytics, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of twelve (12) years of combined experience in risk management, ethics & compliance, or legal roles in the pharmaceutical industry, with at least five (5) years in a leadership role.
Strong knowledge of compliance regulations and requirements within the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience with oversight of compliance training preferred.
Proven track record of developing and implementing risk management strategies.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to influence at all levels of the organization.
Strong people leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and other internal and external stakeholders.
Uncompromising ethics and high standard of personal integrity and handles confidential information with discretion.
Ability to respond to competing priorities across the department and manage workload effectively, set priorities, and deliver results.
