The Position
To provide an engineering student marketable experience related to engineering fundamentals,automation engineering, basic project management, change management, engineering documentation within a pharmaceutical manufacturing facility.
Program Start : May 27, 2025.
Program End : August 15, 2025.
Onsite required; hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm
Relationships
Reports to the Automation Manger. Directly supports a business or a function. Contacts are primarily within immediate work unit but may include internal departments, visitors and customers. Build relationships with other participants in the Summer Early Talent Internship Program
Essential Functions
- Provide support for project design, development, and construction.
- Streamline automation processors and systems and contribute to creating "how-to" articles
- Gain knowledge of how automation systems are constructed and their architecture
- Learn and comprehend P&ID diagrams and understand how it works
- Assist automation engineers with basic manufacturing support to resolve issues
- Performs all job duties, and responsibilites in a compliant and ethical manner and in accordance with all applicable healthcare laws, regulations, and industry codes
- Incorporate the Novo Nordisk Way and 10 Essentials in all activities and interactions with others
- Other duties as assigned
