The Position
The purpose of the Content Project Manager role is to oversee and manage the execution of content projects from strategy through launch. This role ensures seamless coordination between cross-functional teams, adherence to project timelines, and successful delivery of digital content. By leveraging project management tools such as Workfront, the Content Project Manager monitors task progress, mitigates risks, and maintains efficient workflows. This position acts as a central resource for communication and collaboration, driving projects forward while ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed. Ultimately, the Content Project Manager plays a critical role in delivering high-quality digital content that meets business objectives and enhances the customer experience. Specifically, this individual will be responsible for supporting our Adobe stack in terms of content authoring, publishing, metadata and asset storing in partnership with agencies of records and internal stakeholders. This role is also responsible for driving process as well as the governance and adoption across marketing stakeholders and agencies of digital content via the Novo Nordisk Content Management System and supporting platforms, guiding the development and launch of digital marketing strategies, inclusive of all digital engagement channels including, but not limited to : websites, email, IVA (sales Interactive Visual Aids), display, mobile and social media, etc.
Relationships
The Content Program Manager will report into the Content Management Lead, within the broader Experience Operations vertical. They provide direct support to Omnichannel partners, Marketing teams, HCP, Patient and Therapeutic Area Leads, Sales and Market Access. The position interacts with multiple NNI internal functions such as Omnichannel Engagement, NextGen Capabilities and Enablement, Exp Intelligence, IT, and Commercial Insights & Analytics Effectiveness, as well as external, operational vendors, and agencies.
