Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Technical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will support our sales efforts by learning about our technical products, engaging with clients, and assisting in generating new business opportunities. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to build a career in technical sales.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a solid understanding of our technical products and services to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Assist senior sales representatives in identifying potential clients, preparing sales materials, and conducting outreach.
  • Interact with customers to understand their needs, answer questions, and provide solutions.
  • Assist in preparing and conducting product demonstrations and presentations for prospective and existing clients.
  • Draft quotes, proposals, and other sales-related documents.
  • Work closely with internal teams such as engineering and operations Team to address customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate sales records in the ERP system and support the team with administrative tasks.

Qualifications


  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Engineering, Technology) or equivalent experience.
  • 2-5 years of Technical Sales Experience
  • Ability to quickly learn and explain technical concepts.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to engage effectively with clients and team members.
  • A positive and professional attitude with a focus on understanding and meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to collaborate with colleagues and work under supervision to achieve team goals.
  • Familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
