Maintenance Planner
The Maintenance Planner Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and planning maintenance activities to ensure the smooth operation of equipment and machinery. They will schedule preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and manage spare parts inventory to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance. The Maintenance Planner will also assist in implementing maintenance strategies and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
- The installation and repair of all machinery / equipment.
- Organizing and implementing preventive maintenance programs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team and production departments to develop and maintain a comprehensive maintenance schedule for equipment and machinery used in manufacturing.
- Coordinate and schedule preventive maintenance tasks to ensure regular inspections, lubrications, and calibrations are performed according to the maintenance plan.
- Plan and schedule equipment repairs and maintenance shutdowns, coordinating with the production team to minimize production disruptions.
- Controlling and improving the plant's repair / maintenance spending.
- Maintaining an effective maintenance management system and repair parts inventory control system through PMC.
- Generate and manage work orders for maintenance activities, ensuring accurate documentation of maintenance tasks, materials used, and labor hours.
- Coordinate with maintenance technicians to ensure work orders are completed within scheduled timelines.
- Maintain a record of completed work orders, including details of maintenance activities performed, materials used, and maintenance costs.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to implement condition-based monitoring programs to identify and address equipment performance issues proactively.
