How You'll Perform The Role

Our multi-building plastic manufacturing facility operates around the clock. To support our mission of improving maintenance reliability and reducing equipment downtime, we are introducing a Night-Shift Maintenance Supervisor role. The person in this role will provide leadership and guidance to the night maintenance team, ensuring that all maintenance activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in alignment with the company’s goals.

• Collaborate with the Reliability Manager to identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives, including root-cause analysis and corrective actions.
• Supervise the installation and repair of all machinery/equipment in conjunction with the day-to-day activities of maintenance technicians.
• Performs equipment and repair parts data entry and management.
• Coordinates and implements predictive and preventative maintenance scheduling
• Assists other maintenance personnel with equipment repairs and research.
• Supervises and performs the planning and coordination maintenance jobs and projects.
• May perform work order repairs, inspections and adjustments.
• Provide technical recommendations and implementation for continuous improvement in plant production processes.
• Coordinate and lead troubleshooting for equipment failures, ensuring the team responds promptly to critical issues.
  
  
  

What We Need From You

• Prior experience as a maintenance supervisor preferred.
• High School diploma or GED; Associate degree from a college or technical school preferred.
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field preferred.
• Experience in an industrial environment preferred.
• Experience using Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen
• Ability to perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems; familiarity with safety regulations and best practices.
