How You'll Perform the Role- Initiate Trade Rebate Payments and related deductions
- Manage compliance of payment terms specified in the contractual agreement
- Ensure approved payment requests transfer to AP system and to the customer
- Maintain Rebate Tracker to ensure timely and complete payments
- Work closely with Customer at both the Corporate and individual Branch level
- Support Revenue Coordinator on Proof of Delivery (POD) claims for end-user deviated price contracts
- Research claims submitted by assigned account base and ultimately respond with allowed rebate dollars
- Facilitate issue resolution related to rebate discrepancies
- Research deductions - process credit / debit memos, as needed
- Support Pricing Analysts with stock/contract quotations and system price maintenance
- Some experience in A/R, Rebate processing and/or Contract Compliance, General Accounting/Bookkeeping. 2-5 years of experience preferred
- Highly skilled in Excel required
- College Degree preferred
- Exceptional organization and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Products (i.e. Word, Excel, and Outlook)
