How You'll Perform The Role
The primary focus of the Quality Compliance Analyst is to support the activities required to meet quality, food safety and other programs or regulatory compliances for Novolex.

How You'll Perform The Role
The primary focus of the Quality Compliance Analyst is to support the activities required to meet quality, food safety and other programs or regulatory compliances for Novolex.
- Reports to the Director of Quality and Food Safety.
- Interacts with internal customers such as Corporate Managers, Sales, Customer Service, Product Development, Pre-Production and Operations.
- Receives and records customer requests for program and regulatory compliances. Communicates to internal customers about progress, timing and works with team to respond to customer requests.
- Requests and maintains necessary compliance information.
- Organizes information in various databases, including customer portals.
- Drafts compliance paperwork for review and approval.
- Follows company policies and practices while representing Novolex in an ethical and business-like manner.
- This position is hybrid office/remote, and may enter manufacturing plants as part of performing the job.
- Self-starter and works under minimum supervision.
- Able to change priorities and work as part of a team.
- Detail oriented and consistently demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and dependability.
- Experienced in use of MSOffice (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) programs.
- Ability to use sound judgment and raise concerns as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
