How You'll Perform the Role
Job Functions :
- Create several sourcing pools for easy access of recruiters and hiring managers to search for candidates
- Develop sourcing communication templates
- Assist with branding efforts designed to attract talent through networking platforms
- Assist with sourcing of candidates for Talent Acquisition team through use of search engines within all resources
