Job Summary:
With guidance, Jr. Technical Compliance will be responsible for obtaining approvals for new games and gaming machines for jurisdictions across North America and the Caribbean while maintaining databases for existing games and gaming machines. Jr. Technical Compliance will be responsible for ensuring that all gaming products and systems meet the regulatory requirements and technical standards set by relevant authorities. Duties and Responsibilities include ensuring that the process of product license application and forwarding issued approvals to sales department will be smooth and in a timely manner. This role involves working closely with development teams, regulatory bodies, and internal stakeholders to ensure that gaming products are compliant and function correctly in all jurisdictions. Jr. Technical Compliance reports directly to the Technical Compliance Manager.
Job Experience:
- Maintain internal databases of jurisdictional submissions, approvals, and progress of approvals.
- Work closely with headquarters to request game and machine approvals for various jurisdictions.
- Coordinate and facilitate game/cabinet submissions to various jurisdictional labs for game/machine approvals ensuring that all gaming products and systems comply with local and national gaming laws and regulations.
- Assist with maintaining a library of technical documents or publications, as well as accurate and current records for NOVOMATIC Americas projects
- Act as liaison between NOVOMATIC Americas and third parties with regards to all matters related to technical compliance.
- Help provide technical documentation for the shipment of machines and games.
- Assist with other projects as requested.
Skills/Qualifications
- Minimum of an Associate's degree or equivalent work experience in the gaming industry.
- A minimum of two years experience working with technical documentations.
- Ability to compile and analyze internal and external information.
- Must have excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Attentive to details.
- Ability to write business correspondence and communicate to management.
- Problem Solving- identify and resolve problems efficiently
- Proficient oral and written communication skills
- Adaptability- adapt to changes in the work environment; manage competing demands, change approach or method to best fit the situation, able to deal with occasional changes, delays, or unexpected events

Pay: $45,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
