Novonesis AS is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bioproduction Operator to join our team. As a Bioproduction Operator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our industrial biotechnology factory, where we produce enzymes and proteins using microbes.
Your key responsibilities will include setting up, monitoring, and maintaining equipment and processes, preparing raw materials, troubleshooting equipment, operating plant processing computers, making minor repairs, replacing parts, and testing materials for quality and compliance. You will also have the opportunity to participate in certification programs to increase your base pay and develop your skills in industrial biotechnology.
We offer a competitive salary range of $53k to $55k annually, based on experience, as well as overtime opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package, including 401(k) with up to a 9% company contribution, PTO, health insurance, and parental leave.
