Lead our strategic efforts to identify and secure top talent. With your expertise, you will spearhead initiatives that enhance our hiring practices and ensure alignment with our global objectives. Your role is pivotal in shaping the future of our TA.

Welcome to the Global TA Organization

We're heavily investing in our global TA initiatives, dedicated to providing comprehensive in-house TA and recruitment services that guarantee an exceptional and streamlined hiring process for both candidates and hiring managers alike. As you come on board, you'll be part of our growing global TA organization, with the opportunity to build and lead a new TA team supporting the North America region.

In This Role, You’ll Make An Impact By

• Overseeing all aspects of TA within the North American region, ensuring alignment with our business objectives and regional nuances.
• Spearheading project management improvements that enhance our global TA agenda, delivering top-tier services to candidates and hiring managers to meet our business requirements.
• Collaborating closely with the Global TA leadership team (TALT) on various global projects and best practice implementations. This role offers a unique opportunity to set the strategic direction and drive enhancements across our global TA efforts, ensuring they align with our overarching business objectives.
• Leading and aligning the direction and priorities of the NA talent acquisition team.
• Ensuring high-quality TA services within the NA region by proactively engaging with leadership teams.
• Supporting the development of a candidate-centric culture within the organization, also ensuring training and educating hiring managers and the TA team on candidate experience concepts.
• Providing market intelligence to stakeholders and building a diverse pipeline of potential candidates for future roles.
• Utilizing our in-house search and sourcing team effectively to meet recruitment goals.
  
  

Your work will involve close collaboration with internal stakeholders and regional People & Organization (P&O) teams to align TA strategies and internal service level agreements. Through your leadership, you will foster a culture of excellence, support, and continuous improvement within the NA TA team and the broader P&O group.

To Succeed, You Must Have

• A minimum of 8 years of proven leadership experience within TA in a global organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• The ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on timeliness and quality of deliverables.
• Strong analytical skills with the capability to work with data and metrics.
  
  

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable leader with a proven history in TA. Your expertise in navigating complex environments and influencing stakeholders at all levels will be instrumental to our success.

Expected salary range: $150,000 - $170,000
