Join us as our new Senior Scientist for Cheddar Cheese As our Cheddar Expert it will be your responsibility to support customers on existing products within North America. Welcome to Global Applications We develop and support the application of cultures and enzymes for our cheese customers all over the world. We aim at making a difference for customers and for our colleagues. Our core competences bring the best ingredients solutions to our cheese customers and assist them with our application expertise. Training of the sales team and a working partnership with our customers are a part of our daily life.
