Job Title : Manufacturing Engineer
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes for automotive components.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other process improvement techniques to enhance production efficiency.
- Support new product introductions (NPI) by collaborating with design and production teams.
- Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and corrective action implementation to resolve production issues.
- Develop and maintain process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Optimize tooling, fixtures, and production layouts for improved efficiency and cost reduction.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality control guidelines.
- Work closely with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to improve material flow and reduce waste.
- Utilize statistical analysis and data-driven decision-making to monitor and improve manufacturing processes.
- Participate in FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) to proactively identify potential issues in manufacturing processes.
