Job Title: Travel LPN
Location: 228 Smith Chapel Rd, Mt Olive, NC 28365
Shift: 6:45am to 7:15pm
Guaranteed Hours: 36 (Weekly)
Contract Duration: 9 Weeks
Description:
- Provide basic nursing care, including wound care, administering medications, and monitoring patient health.
- Assist in developing patient care plans under the supervision of an RN or physician.
- Monitor and record vital signs, patient progress, and responses to treatments, reporting significant changes to the healthcare team.
- Perform routine procedures, such as catheterizations, injections, and dressing changes.
- Educate patients and families on health management, medications, and post-discharge care.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams, ensuring patient needs are met while maintaining accurate documentation and adhering to facility protocols.
Requirements:
- Must have 1 years of experience.
- Must have valid LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) License.
- Must have Active BLS (Basic Life Support).
