Join us as our new Business Finance Partner in West Allis, WI!
In this role you'll make an impact by :
Functioning as the Regional Operations Financials point of contact for a production site or sites
Interfacing with operational leadership teams, providing advice to improve key performance indicators.
Being an active member of the Site Leadership team, participating in people review / management, expansion decisions, and operational planning / decisions.
Providing financial and strategic decision support to senior management to ensure achievement of short and long-term financial goals.
Supporting Site Leaders in managing their spending budgets, including monthly budget vs. actual analysis, headcount reporting, monthly and quarterly expense forecast updates, annual planning, and special projects.
Analyzing past results, performing variance analysis, identifying trends, and making recommendations for improvement.
Using your deep understanding of objectives, issues, and root causes to provide insightful, fact-based data analysis to help solve complex problems.
Securing sufficient controls are in place for major CAPEX investments and leading the financial part in the steering committees.
Overseeing site performance on production volumes, inventory levels, variances, scrap, etc.
To succeed, you should have :
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments.
The ability to balance quantitative analysis and qualitative insights in decision-making.
The ability to systematically break down problems, evaluate solutions, and implement the most effective ones.
The ability to collect, model, and present data in a way that tells a compelling story.
Experience with process improvements is a plus.
A Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.
Minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
Location : West Allis, WI (hybrid)
