Join us as our new Digital Marketing Specialist!

The Digital Marketing Specialist will work alongside our Marketing Managers to build a regional North American ecosystem to develop, implement and manage marketing campaigns & initiatives that promote Novonesis’ products/solutions and corporate identity. In this role, you will focus on driving brand awareness and lead generation through a digital marketing to sales conversion strategy in our strategic focus areas.

In this role you’ll make an impact by :

• Being responsible for developing, implementing and managing a digital strategy focused on marketing campaigns that promote Novonesis products/solutions and corporate identity for the Food & Beverage Biosolutions organization in North America. Experience with our most used channels like LinkedIn, Google Ads, Pardot for email marketing, Salesforce, and programmatic advertising, will be very helpful.

• Playing a major role in creating/enhancing awareness of Novonesis products/solutions within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads/customers.

• Working in close collaboration with the local sales, technical service and marketing team to drive stronger portfolio messaging and prospecting, strengthen our existing online presence and experiment with new platforms, business models, and customer interactions online.

• Identifying and evaluating new digital technologies and uses web analytics tools (such as Google Analytics, Salesforce, Pardot) to improve ROI through measuring site traffic to better optimize marketing campaigns, email marketing, social media and display and search advertising

• Optimizing user experience (UX) by leading system integration between external platforms and Novonesis owned digital tools

• Working closely as the regional liaison with global digital marketing and communication teams to be responsible for structuring and delivering market, industry, and competitor insights for global campaigns and play an active role in developing regional marketing calendar.

• Advocating digital technologies and capabilities to internal stakeholders.

To succeed you must hold:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or Business required. Master’s degree is a plus.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the digital marketing space working with FMCG or B2B companies (either in house or at agency)

• Solid Experience in digital campaign implementation, automation establishment, and digital analytics

• Participated in digital system integration projects such as CRM, marketing automation, customer data platforms for improved lead tracking, seamless user experience, etc. Machine learning related project experience or knowledge is a strong plus.

• Result oriented, can-do spirit, with good time management skill for a fast campaign pace

• Good communication skills, and a team player

• Ability to navigate the internal organization structure & work with stakeholders across regions & cultures
  

Location: Franklinton, NC or Milwaukee, WI (hybrid)

Expected salary range: $100,000 - $115,000
