Job Description
As a Senior Solution Architect for Innovations, you will lead solution design and technical strategy for the Global Solutions Management – Operations II (GSM-O II) program. You’ll define architectures, create technical roadmaps, and integrate emerging technologies while working with executive leadership, engineering teams, and government stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities :
Solution Architecture & Design
Own the architecture and technical design for a large-scale AWS cloud-based platform.
Develop complex solution architectures, ensuring alignment with DISA’s strategic goals.
Implement modern technologies like SDN, AIOps, AI / ML, Elasticsearch, and Kafka.
Author design documentation, requirements, and technical roadmaps.
Resolve complex technical challenges and drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration & Leadership
Partner with Chief Architect, engineering leads, and customer stakeholders to drive solutions.
Present technical solutions and innovations to senior government customers.
Guide technical teams through implementation and troubleshooting.
Support business development efforts by authoring whitepapers, RFI responses, and trade studies.
Growth & Innovation
Conduct analysis of alternatives, trade studies, and cost-benefit analyses.
Identify opportunities for new solutions, efficiency improvements, and risk mitigation.
Support proposal development and cost estimation for future GSM-O II capabilities.
