Location: Fort Meade, MD - Onsite
US Citizenship required.
Security Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance.
As a ServiceNow Developer, you will play a critical role in configuring, developing, and maintaining our ServiceNow implementation to meet digital transformation goals.
Primary Responsibilities
- Configure and support ServiceNow's ITSM, OMT, TSM, TSOM modules.
- Design and implement custom Forms, Reports, Workflows, and Dashboards.
- Integrate ServiceNow with other tools (e.g., Elastic, Netcool, Kafka).
- Support application and platform upgrades.
- Participate in business process re-engineering and ticketing management transition to ServiceNow.
Basic Qualifications:
- US Citizenship and DoD Secret clearance.
- Active security certification (e.g., Security ) or able to obtain within 14 days of the start date.
- 4-8 years of professional experience or 2-6 years with a related Master’s degree.
- At least 2 years of ServiceNow development experience and upgrade knowledge.
- Strong customer service, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer.
- Familiarity with Agile development and ITIL.
- Experience with JIRA, Git, Confluence, and AWS.
- Background in DevOps/DevSecOps, CI/CD, and test automation.
