We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineer to support the expansion and implementation of CESO s cloudbased environment while maintaining and optimizing onpremises infrastructure. The ideal candidate will lead technical interchange meetings coordinate system enhancements and oversee new technology integrations to drive mission success.
Key Responsibilities :
Serve as a technical liaison between system engineers network engineers and nontechnical leadership.
Support onpremises clusters and AWS cloud environments .
Oversee system rights responsibilities and infrastructure administration .
Lead largescale data migration and integration efforts.
Perform systems engineering within a hybrid multicloud environment.
Collaborate with cybersecurity teams to ensure secure system implementation .
Conduct engineering reviews and rollout activities for deployed solutions.
Develop and integrate technical and business solutions aligned with mission needs.
Work effectively in a high operational tempo environment.
Requirements
Required Qualifications :
12 years of experience in Systems Engineering Technical Architecture or a related role .
Must possess an active DOD TS / SCI and be willing to take and maintain a CI / Poly
8570 IAT Level II Baseline Certification (e.g. CCNA Security CySA GICSP Security CE CND SSCP)
35 years of experience in AWS cloud computing environments.
Expertise in Linux administration VMware cloudbased services and data center infrastructure .
Ability to analyze and integrate IT systems across their full lifecycle.
Strong communication skills and ability to engage with senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications :
Prior experience supporting DISA and mission partner environments .
AWS Solution Architect Associate certification.
Experience applying ITIL frameworks to enterprise IT solutions.
Proven expertise in data center design implementation and optimization .
