We are seeking an Administrative Coordinator to join our team at a fast paced e-commerce company! You will perform clerical and administrative functions assisting various tasks including tasks administering online market places. This is a mid-entry level position.
Responsibilities:
- Perform and assist all office tasks such as correspondence, communication, online customer assistance, general office administrative tasks, online market place (such as e-Bay and/or Amazon) monitoring, e-commerce website monitoring, etc.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in office environment at e-commerce or as professional online seller is a big advantage
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills
- Must be a team-player
Bi-lingual in Korean and English is a plus but not required
Salary : $20 - $25
