Warehouse Supply Coordinator
Pittsburgh, PA 15213 (Oakland Area)Direct Hire - Full Benefits, Generous Paid Time Off
This position works Monday- Friday, 7 : 30am 4 : 00pm. No weekends required
Pay rate up to $22 per hour, based on experience
As a Warehouse Supply Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the flow of supplies and materials within our warehouse and distribution operations. In this role, you will manage inventory levels, process orders, oversee shipping and receiving, and collaborate with other departments to ensure the timely delivery of critical supplies to our healthcare facilities.
Key Responsibilities :
- Monitor and maintain inventory levels to meet demand
- Process orders and coordinate the shipping and receiving of supplies
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and report on stock levels
- Collaborate with procurement, logistics, and other teams to optimize supply chain operations
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost savings
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
Minimum Requirements :
Working Conditions :
This position is based in our warehouse facility and may involve physical labor, standing for extended periods, and lifting or moving materials up to 50 lbs.
Compensation and Benefits :
