About Our Team
We are a rapidly growing U.S. operation backed by a global IT brand. We specialize in rugged, industrial, and commercial IT systems, custom-built for OEMs operating in the most challenging environments.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and purchasing IT hardware, rugged server systems, and IC components
- Identifying and onboarding new vendors and distributors worldwide
- Managing end-to-end procurement and order tracking via Priority ERP
- Coordinating inbound/outbound logistics with our local 3PL partner warehouse in Farmers Branch
- Ensuring accurate deliveries, inventory management, and order processing
- Communicating with sales, operations, and management teams in real time (EDT business hours)
- Maintaining full visibility on deliveries to global clients (India, Vietnam, Singapore, Netherlands, etc.)
Requirements:
- 5 years of experience in IT procurement, hardware/component sourcing, or supply chain
- Strong background in order management, pricing, and vendor negotiation
- Experience coordinating with third-party logistics (3PL) and warehouse services
- Proficiency with ERP systems (Priority ERP is a strong advantage)
- Organized, detail-focused, and a great communicator
- Comfortable managing international shipments and working in a fast-paced, global team
