Key Performance Expectations

Patient Satisfaction & Retention:

✔ Maintain an average patient satisfaction rating of 90%  based on feedback and reviews.

✔ Achieve a patient retention rate of at least 75% within six months.

Revenue & Treatment Goals:

✔ Meet or exceed monthly revenue goals through service excellence.

✔ Maintain a consistent caseload of injectable procedures per month.

✔ Educate and guide patients toward additional or complementary treatments (goal: 30% conversion).

Consultation & Conversion Rate:

✔ Maintain a minimum 70% consultation-to-treatment conversion rate.

Efficiency & Compliance:

✔ Complete accurate EMR documentation within 24 hours of treatment.

✔ Ensure 100% compliance with safety protocols and medical regulations.

Marketing & Patient Engagement:

✔ Participate in at least two promotional events or social media engagements per month.

✔ Help drive clinic growth through patient referrals, online presence, and education.

What You’ll Be Doing (Core Responsibilities)

✅ Expert Injector & Regenerative Medicine Provider

• Administer Botox, Dysport, dermal fillers, PRP injections, thread lifting, exosomes, peptide therapies, and IV infusions.

• Perform non-surgical facial sculpting (e.g., tear trough, nose correction, jawline enhancement).

• Specialize in skin restoration treatments using the latest regenerative therapies.

✅ Patient Experience & Satisfaction

• Establish long-term relationships with clients by providing tailored treatment plans.

• Educate patients on pre/post-care and potential enhancements for optimal results.

• Offer a comprehensive consultation experience, ensuring clients feel confident in their aesthetic journey.

✅ Practice Growth & Contribution

• Stay at the forefront of the industry through ongoing education and training.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment.

• Actively collaborate with sales and operations teams to optimize patient care and business success.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to educate and engage clients.

✅ Advanced Technical Skills

• Expertise in Botox/Dysport, dermal fillers, and advanced injectable techniques.

• Experience with thread lifting procedures.

• Familiarity with peptide therapy, exosomes, PRP, IV infusions, and wellness-based protocols.

• Proficient in using EMR systems and digital patient documentation.

✅ Required Experience & Credentials

✔ Master’s Degree from an accredited university.

✔ Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) in the state.

✔ Current ACLS & BLS certifications.

✔ 7 years of injectable experience in a MedSpa, Dermatology, or Plastic Surgery setting.

✔ Aesthetic certification (highly preferred).

✔ Bilingual in Spanish (preferred but not required).
