We are looking for a friendly and professional Spa Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service while managing bookings, inquiries, and administrative tasks. Hourly Pay: $18 - $20 per hour based on experience
- Responsible for checking in and out our Customers
- Responsible for updating Customer information
- Serves visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifies company personnel of visitor arrival.
- Maintains security and telecommunications system. Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.
- Collect postal mail and direct it to the appropriate staff member
- Responsible for cashing out customers that have purchased products and / or services.
- Responsible for Front desk closing reports.
- Responsible for keeping the front desk clean and presentable
- Assist in planning company events, meetings, luncheons and employee team building activities
- Assist in set up , break down and organizing company events
- Ensure that Client information is up to date and in the system
- Maintain world class customer service at the Concierge area, making sure the area is inviting, and has promotional materials available to clients.
- Provide any support to all managers.
- Promote monthly promotions
- Handle credit transactions
- Deal with banks and credit companies
- Perform credit checks as needed
- Handle sensitive date with confidentiality
- Date entry of customer information
- Manage customer details including all transactions
- Manage money, payment plans and finances
- Issue receipts and refunds (with manager approval)
- Daily, weekly and monthly reports of all transactions
- Provide quick and friendly answers to customer questions and complaints
- Explain in detail all terms and conditions of selected membership
- Thorough knowledge of all memberships and products and communicate the features and benefits of each.
- Communicate with team members, as appropriate, through WhatsAp
- Use the Zenoti schedule system to anticipate client closings.
