Position: Mission Critical Engineer Level 2
Responsibilities:- Provide hands-on support for the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mission-critical infrastructure in a data center.- Collaborate with the Director of Mission Critical to ensure the optimal performance and reliability of critical systems.- Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and respond promptly to issues affecting mission-critical operations.- Assist in the implementation of upgrades, modifications, and improvements to enhance data center efficiency.- Monitor and maintain records of equipment performance, ensuring compliance with industry standards and protocols.- Work closely with cross-functional teams to address facility-related challenges and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:- Minimum 3 years of experience in a facilities support role or similar work experience.- High School Diploma/Associates Degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.- Hands-on experience with data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and security systems.- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.- Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety protocols.- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with team members.
